A deep energy practice that creates space for the body to release built-up tension — relaxation, emotional decompression, inner calm and a sense of grounding.

Energy balancing

Chakra balancing, energy alignment and lymphatic activation — so that energy regains its natural flow throughout the whole system.

Ayurvedic Massage

One of the oldest holistic health systems in the world. Head & body massage with oils, rhythm and conscious touch, guiding the body into a deep state of relaxation and restoration.

Nervous System Regulation

The foundation of wellbeing. When the body lives in fight-or-flight, sleep, digestion, hormones and mood are all affected. Here it relearns parasympathetic balance.

Somatic Release

The body remembers what the mind denies. Through somatic bodywork and fascia awareness, stored tension finally finds its way out.

Conscious breathing

Conscious breathing and therapeutic stillness. The breath deepens, the inner noise settles, and the body relearns what “here, now” means.

Who I am

My name is Filippos.
I created Soma Coherence™.

My path into holistic wellness began with a deep need: to understand the connection between body, energy and human consciousness. I am a certified Usui Reiki Master & Angelic Reiki Practitioner, specialising in Ayurvedic massage and nervous system regulation.

Over the years I came to understand that most people are not simply looking for a treatment. They are looking for inner calm, true rest, reconnection with their body. That is how The Art Of Awake was born.

How I work

Three phases,
one rhythm that listens to you.

— Phase I ·

Deep relaxation

Before any change can happen, the nervous system needs to feel safe. The first session is slow, warm, open — a transition from fight-or-flight into restoration.

— Phase II ·

Rebalancing

Once the tension leaves, the deeper work begins. Chakra balancing, energy alignment, somatic release — the breath deepens and the body lets go of its defences.

— Phase III ·

Revitalisation

Energy regains its flow — calmer, more available. You take home small breathing and wellbeing practices, and feel safe inside your body again.
